Research Environment

There are prof. room, students room, device fabrication room and atmosphere atomic force microscopy in 4th floor at R3 Bldg in Suzukakedai Campus. There are device measurements and analysis system including five SPMs and an SEM. (Majima Laboratory has been moved from Ookayama Campus to Suzukakedai Campus on July 1st, 2009) five scanning probe microscopies, a scanning electron microscopy, and device measurements system in basement floor at R3 Bldg.

We have six scanning probe microscopies (SPMs), a low acceleration voltage scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and two pairs of electric measurement probers and semiconductor parameter analyzers. There are device fabrication apparatus including metal and organic evaporation chambers. We promote research with these state-of-art research environment.
