| 5. Duration and Terms | 5 year contract after probationary period less than 6 months, which may be renewed once for up to additional 5 years. During the additional years, tenure may be obtained after review. An annual salary will be paid according to the National University Corporation Tokyo Institute of Technology Regulations on Wage and Salary for Staff on the Annual Salary System. |
