1. Position Title Assistant Professor in Division of Novel Functional Ceramics

2. Research Area

Inorganic or metal-based material synthesis, Heterogeneous catalyst
3. Qualification Ph.D degree. Proficiency in Japanese or English language is required.
4. Job Starting Date As soon as possible after the decision is made.
5. Duration and Terms 5 year contract after probationary period less than 6 months, which may be renewed once for up to additional 5 years. During the additional years, tenure may be obtained after review. An annual salary will be paid according to the National University Corporation Tokyo Institute of Technology Regulations on Wage and Salary for Staff on the Annual Salary System.

(2) Descriptions of research achievements (~1000 words)
(3) A list of academic achievements categorized into “refereed papers”, “reviews/books”, “patents”, and “others”.

(5) Descriptions of future research and education plan (~1000 words)
