From Tokyo Station

Take a Yamanote-line(East Japan Railway)to Shibuya Station.
Transfer to Denentoshi-line (Subway - Tokyu Transportation Systems)and a take a local train bound for Chuo-rinkan.
Get off at Suzukakedai Station. -
Take a Marunouchi-line (Tokyo Metro) to Otemachi Station.
Transfer to Hanzomon line (Tokyo Metro) and take a train baound for Chuo-rinkan.
Get off at Suzukakedai.
