 Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be required to carry out research on development of sub-10 nm scale new electronic materials and their devices mainly based on experimental investigations
  • The successful candidate will be required to engage in the education at Graduate Major in Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical Technology
 Qualifications
  • The successful applicant will have an outstanding track record about the investigations of nanoscale electronic materials or their devices in the field of solid-state electronics, solid-state physics, solid-state chemistry or materials science. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to excellence in development of sub-10 nm scale new electronic materials and their devices.
  • Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree.
 Closing Date for Application Applications must be received by January 7th, 2019
