Job Description |

The successful candidate should have achievements in one of the following research fields related to novel electronic materials or devices: materials science, electronic engineering, solid-state physics, or solid-state chemistry.

The successful candidate will be required to conduct the research described in ‘Area of Specialization’.
-
The successful candidate will join a research group focused on single-nanoscale materials and their devices.
-
The successful candidate will supervise undergraduate and graduate students for their research.
-
The successful candidate will be required to engage in the education at Graduate Major in Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical Technology.

The successful candidate will give classes, exercises, and experiments for undergraduate and graduate students.

Qualifications |

Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. or doctoral degree in related fields by the start date.

Applicants should have strong will to conduct the research in ‘Area of Specialization’

The successful applicant will have an outstanding track record about the investigations of nanoscale electronic materials or their devices in the field of solid-state electronics, solid-state physics, solid-state chemistry or materials science.

The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to excellence in research and teaching.

The successful applicants should be able to supervise and teach students in English.

Candidates must be highly motivated, willing to learn, and demonstrate initiative in assigned tasks.
